Sign up for the 2026-2027 school year preschool waitlist on this Google Form (not FinalForms) on or after April 6, 2026. Completion of this electronic application does NOT guarantee your child a place at Studebaker Preschool. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
After you have completed the electronic application, you should immediately receive an email with your responses. This email will serve as confirmation that your information was successfully submitted. If you do not receive this email, your application may not have been received. Please call 937-237-6345 and select option 3 to find out if you need to resubmit it.
